We Are Recruiting: (Senior) Ecosystem Lead with Focus on Autonomous Mobility

We are looking for an Ecosystem Lead (/Senior Ecosystem Lead) to join our team at DIMECC. The position is located in Helsinki or Tampere; however, we offer flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Your primary role involves leading the VAMOS Ecosystem for Autonomous Mobility in Smart Spaces, which is a company-driven initiative focused on the growth of autonomous mobility.

In the role of Ecosystem Lead, you promote the growth strategy of the ecosystem. The activities of the ecosystem include, among other things, the launch of joint research programs, facilities and equipment for joint development, training, and the expansion of companies in the relevant markets.

Depending on your background and skills, you will have an opportunity to participate in other DIMECC activities.

The role consists of and can be modified according to your interests and areas of expertise to include, for example:

Budgeting and cost management

Leadership

Project and work group facilitation

Event facilitation

Conducting meetings, workshops, and discussions

Key customer responsibility

Public funding and research collaboration

We require:

Self-direction and good interaction skills

Sales-oriented and knowledge of B2B sales

Knowledge of different public RDI funding instruments (Finland/International)

Subject matter expertise (for example: autonomous mobility, smart city, robotics, digital twins, simulations, XR, metaverse, etc.)

Capability to learn quickly

Positive approach to solving challenges

Organizational ability, networking and communication skills

Fluent English language skills. Finnish is a plus.

Occasional business travel is needed.
